Deputies are looking to track down a trio of suspected car burglars who they say broke into a car at Bridal Veil Falls last month.

The Utah County Sheriff’s Office said that on March 28, “some individuals” parked their car at Bridal Veil Falls and went for a walk. While they were away, three men allegedly got into their parked vehicle and stole “a few items including some credit cards,” the agency stated in a social media post Tuesday.

The three men then allegedly went to a Walmart in the area and tried to use the stolen financial cards, but the victims had already called their financial institutions and cancelled the cards before the charges went through, the Utah County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies were able to go to the Walmart and obtain photos of the alleged suspects. The pictures were shared publicly on social media as the sheriff’s office asked citizens for help in locating the men.

As of Thursday morning, the search was ongoing.

“We’ve had some people who gave us some information that our investigators are looking into, but as of this morning, they have not been located,” Sgt. Raymond Ormond of the Utah County Sheriff’s Office told the Daily Herald when reached Thursday.

Residents with any helpful information are asked to contact the Utah County Sheriff’s Office dispatch line at 801-798-5600 and reference case number 25UC03908.
