When events occur that cause financial difficulties to parents and families during the year, it can be stressful and even life-changing. When Christmas comes around, the stress can seem overwhelming because the financial difficulties are still there, but parents want to provide gifts and a wondrous holiday for their children.

Trina is in that situation right now. After losing her job in April, she was out of work for four months. This caused great financial strain and the bills started piling up.
