Sgt. Ray Ormond with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office said a man in a pickup truck, whose name and age were not given, was driving southbound on Pony Express Parkway around 2:30 p.m. Monday when he allegedly went off the road and crashed into a home near Bald Eagle Way, then hit another house after his truck went through a fence.

The man reportedly died at the scene, authorities said.

No immediate cause for the crash was revealed, but the sheriff’s office said they were investigating a possible “medical cause of death” for the driver.

Ormond said an investigation into the incident is underway.
