We pride ourselves on our scrappy small business community and tech-savvy entrepreneurs here in Utah. Small business owners like me need to think outside of the box in order to thrive — but we need tools to implement our innovative ideas.

Luckily, we have access to free or affordable digital tools that allow us to expand our customer base, increase our revenue, and stay in lockstep with larger competitors. They make day-to-day business operations seamless and allow me to focus my energy on the things that matter most to me and my rapidly growing list of customers.

When I started my business, digital advertising was a mystery to me. Thankfully, tools like Google Ads and Instagram Shops have easily helped put my brand on the map and in front of as many potential customers as possible. The return on investment is priceless for me and for over 173,000 small businesses here in Utah that use the same types of digital tools.

Small businesses may be scrappy, but the last few years haven’t been easy for us or for our customers. It truly takes a village — and I’m grateful that my village has access to this wide variety of resources for little to no cost to us.
