She married Don Tilley on September 21, 1990 in the Salt Lake Temple. She received a Registered Nurse degree from Ricks College, Idaho. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Gary Madsen and Richard Madsen. She is survived by her husband, brothers Craig Madsen, Glen (Tracie) Madsen and her sister Linda Madsen Farley.
