Mark was born on Dec. 17, 1950, in Pomona, Calif. To Glen and LaVon Hales Low. While at BYU, he met and married Nancy Wise Low. Instantly smitten after a ride on the Heber Creeper, they married for time and eternity on Dec. 20, 1973, in the Oakland Temple, Oakland California.

Mark is survived by his wife, Nancy Wise Low and their children. Jess (former spouse-Elan Rhodes), Matthew (Sonya Peterson), Lindsey ( Skyler Ramirez), Robert ( Erika Wylie) and Andrew ( Courtney Reber). Mark adored all 19 of his grandchildren. Zachary Low ( Sadie), Random Low, Elder Thomas Low (currently serving in Bakersfield, Cal mission) , Amber Low, Aaron Ramirez, Jackson Low, Hayden Ramirez, Summer Low, Joie Low, Carter Low, Lily Ramirez, Berkley Low, Landon Low, Anna Low, Zoey Ramirez, Hunter Low, Owen Low, Archie Low, Dolly Low.

He is also survived by his Brother, Tom Low of Cool California (Liisa Low) and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Anderson & Sons Lone Peak Chapel 6141 West 11000 North, in Highland, Utah on Friday December 31, 2021 at 11:00. A viewing will be held from 9:45-10:45 AM. Interment will follow in the Highland City Cemetery. Please see Mark’s obit at andersonmortuary.com.
