Frances Marie Toms Moore passed away October 6, 2021, at Utah Valley Hospital. She was born October 31, 1921, in San Diego, CA. Frances had been a resident of Spanish Fork for 41 years. Frances was predeceased by her husband of 55 years and is survived by her four children, 10 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren. Viewing and Services will be held at 1006 E. 200 S.
