Wolfgang Rudolf Poecker

1945 – 2021

Wolfgang Rudolf Poecker passed away October 16th 2021. Rudy was born March 18th 1945 in Fraureuth Germany to Rudolf Kurt and Elfriede Johanna Poecker.

In 1967 he married his eternal sweetheart Cynthia Ann Hall they resided in Lindon Utah until his death.

He was presided in death by his parents, Rudolf Kurt Poecker, Elfriede Johanna Poecker, and brother Nephi Rudolf Poecker.

He is survived by his spouse Cynthia Ann Hall. His daughter Melissa Ann Shippen,(Jay Shippen) and their children Jackson, Isabella, Lily, Beckham. His Son, Kurt Rudolf Poecker (Natie Rogerson) and their children Max and Campbell.

His sisters Susan (Klaus) Piotrowski, Darlene (Roger) Stubbs, and Sonja (Kent) Peterson.

He loved his Savior, and membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved his county, America, the American Flag and was proud to be a US Army Veteran.

Funeral services will be held October 22, 2021 at 11am and the Lindon Central Stake Center at 56E 600 N Lindon, Utah. There will be a viewing for family and friends on Friday October 22nd prior to services from 9am-10:45am. Interment will be in the Lindon City Cemetery 600 N 200 E St, Lindon, Utah
