1934 — 2021

Our dear Husband, Father, Brother and Friend Phillip Floyd, passed away peacefully on August 27th, 2021 at Pinnacle Nursing Home in Price, Utah. He is survived by his wife Ruth, his sister Thelma, and his 7 beautiful children: Steve, Cindy, Tom, Shandy, Nina, Annie, and Will, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
