Keeley Fraughton Walden

Keeley Fraughton Walden passed from this life into the next in the early hours of September 9, 2021 from an unexpected heart attack at her home. She was a free spirit who always needed to find her own way. She had a quick wit and sassy personality that never failed to bring a smile and a chuckle.

Keeley was born April 9, 1959 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Vernon Delyle and Carol Penrod Fraughton. She grew up with her four brothers and a sister in American Fork, Utah. She married Steven Laursen and they had two sons, Shane Dee Laursen and Steven Brad Laursen. A few years later Keeley had another son, Kody L. Fraughton. Keeley married Bill Walden who was killed in an accident. She was also married to Corby Snyder and later divorced.

Keeley is survived by her father Vernon and her sons Shane, Brad, Kody, and grandchildren Ashton Pearson, Kayleigh Rose Fraughton and Atlas Reid Fraughton. She is also survived by brothers Karl (Lydia) Fraughton, Jeff (Jill) Fraughton, Wayne (Lisa) Fraughton, her sister Jody Fraughton and sister-in-law MaryAnn (Micheal) Fraughton, five nieces and six nephews. Keeley was precedeed in death by her mother, Carol, brother Micheal Kay Fraughton, and nephew Quinn Hampton.

Keeley lived the last twenty-two years in the Cane Beds of northern Arizona, She spent the last several years with partner Randy Yoakum who loved and cared deeply for her. She loved her home in the desert and her life with Randy.

Keeley’s family will hold a private celebration of her life at a later time.
