Colleen Knight Dinsdale, beloved musician, poet, baker and family matriarch extraordinaire, passed away on March 27, 2022, in Provo at the age of 90 Daughter of Leo J. and Adleen Farley Knight, she was born in Provo on May 15, 1931. She and her husband, David R. Dinsdale, were married for 63 years before he passed away in 2014. She is survived by all of their seven children: Jeff Dinsdale (Emily), Springville; Christine Dinsdale (Jay Johnson), Seattle; Lisa Dinsdale, Tigard, Oregon; Julie Smith (Doug), Bountiful; Diane Probst (Brad), Highland; Maria Lewis (Brent), Orem; and Denise Mongie (Stephen), Provo, along with 28 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
