Larayne was born in Utah, but raised and educated in Granada Hills, California. She was a graduate and postgraduate of BYU in education and taught Special Ed for 45 years. After she retired, she still taught by tutoring children in her home.

She is survived by her sisters Brada Mayer of Lehi, Utah, and Jacqueline Kerkes (Phil Starr) of Redondo Beach, California.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 26th, at 11:00 am, at the Grove 10th Ward chapel, 56 S. 1300 W., Pleasant Grove, Utah.
