She was the Librarian at Northridge & Rocky Mtn Elm. Schools for many years, sharing her love of reading with countless children. She enjoyed many callings as an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and after Jim’s death in 2008 she enjoyed serving at the LDS Conference Center in SLC.

She is survived by her second husband Gordon H. Dunn of Orem, UT; sister, Charlotte Hall of Orem, UT; brother, Terry Chadwick (Alayne) of Idaho Falls, ID; her 4 children, Elayne Boyce (Douglas), Tina Barnes (Ethan), Russell Allen (Barbara), Glen Allen, 14 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband, James V. Allen; brother, Ron Chadwick; sister, Joann Haws; and daughter-in-law, Tawnya Finch Allen.

Services will be at Olpin Mortuary 494 S 300 E in PG, UT, on Sat. Jan 15 at 11 am.
