Barbara Jean Burnside
Barbara Jean Burnside 87, of Orem Utah, went back into the arms of her eternal love on Friday April 29, 2022. She was born on October 6, 1934 to Elton Mecham and Florance Merillene Mecham. She grew up in Provo, Utah and later raised her family in Orem, Utah.
Barbara is survived by her children Reed (Janette) Burnside, Collette (Jeff) Miller, Blaine (Linda) Burnside, Mary (Jeff) Thomas, Randy (Mayna) Burnside, Melvin Jay (Barbara) Johnson, Gary (Cynthia) Johnson and son-in-law Joe Johnson. Countless grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Melvin, daughter Marie and son Stewart.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 9, 2022, 11:00 am at the Sunset Heights 6th Ward building, 500 South 600 West, Orem, Utah. Visitation will be from 9:00 – 10:30 am at the same location. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family online at www.walkersanderson.com.
