David Hope

David Emerson Hope passed away peacefully at home with his beloved wife at his bedside on November 25, 2022, at 83.

Dave worked for several industrial businesses between Salt Lake County and Utah County. He served as Vice President for the Local Steel Workers Union for a few years. Moreover, received his journeyman’s apprenticeship as a Machinist. He also taught machine shop at the Utah Trade Tech. Furthermore, he was employed by Geneva Steel, aka US Steel, for 30 years and retired in 1998.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2022, at 11 am in the Old Spring City Chapel. A viewing will be Friday from 9:30-10:30 am prior to services. The interment will be in the Spring City Cemetery.
