Ed was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He owned his own successful concrete company for 50 years. He loved fishing, sports, working in the temple, and serving others.

Ed is survived by his sisters, Shirlene Hindmarsh and Sondra Mills, his brothers, Dale, Don, and Kent Rasmussen, his daughter, Jenny Bird, his sons, Jeff and Dave Rasmussen, his son-in-law, Ryan Bird, and his grandchildren, Cove Quist, McKensie Sorensen, Alexis Bird, and McCoy Bird.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 28, 2022 at the Bonneville 13th Ward Chapel, 1498 East 800 South, Provo, Utah. Friends may call from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
