Jean was born on June 16, 1931, in New Boston, Ohio to Silas Edward Marcum and Nettie Jane Russell Marcum. Jean married Robert Albert Walter on May 17, 1958, in Wheelersburg.

Together, they have six children: David, Marianne, Patricia, Rebecca, John, and Robert. Robert passed away in 1970. On May 13, 1988, Jean married Grant Webster in Provo, Utah They spent 12 years together until June 27, 2003 when Grant passed away.

Jean is survived her children; David (Cindy) Walter, Marianne (William) Barnhart, Rebecca Walter, John (Sherrie) Walter, and Robert Walter; brothers, David (Alice) Marcum and Paul (Sue) Marcum; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Walter and Grant Webster and daughter, Patricia Lu Walter.

The service for Jean will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Pilgrims Landing 1st Ward, 3145 W Mayflower Ave Lehi, Utah 84043. A viewing will be held on Saturday prior to the service from 12:45-1:45 PM. Please share a memory on Wilma’s Tribute Wall at www.AndersonMortuary.com.
