Deborah Smith O’Brien of Salem, UT passed away peacefully on Dec 6, 2023 surrounded by her adoring children. She was born in SLC, UT on Sept 23, 1952 to Howard and Elma Smith and was raised in Spanish Fork. On Nov 27, 1970 she married her sweetheart, Bob O’Brien and they also raised their 5 children in Spanish Fork. He proceeded her in death in 2018. Services will include a viewing Sunday, Dec 10 from 6-8pm at Walker Funeral Home in Spanish Fork and the funeral will be Monday, Dec 11 at 11am at the chapel 160 S 460 W Salem.
