Ann Powelson Baird

Ann Powelson Baird, 80, passed away in her home in Provo, Utah, on January 18, 2023. She was born on April 28, 1942 in Payson and was the only child of Stanley Powelson and Marguerite Gardner Powelson. After graduating from Payson High School, she received her degree from Brigham Young University and later married Wilford Baird in the Manti temple on April 26, 1963. Ann was a talented artist and dedicated mother of eight children. Despite many challenging health issues, she was known for the constant kindness and selflessness she demonstrated to others.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at 345 East 4525 North in Provo, Utah on January 28th, with viewings held on Friday the 27th from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday the 28th from 9-10:30 a.m. For the full obituary, please check the Utah Valley Mortuary website.
