PAUL BULLOCK
February 26, 1942 — May 19, 2023
St George — Paul Stephen Bullock passed away peacefully after a 10 year battle with cancer on May 19th, 2023 at his home is St George, UT. He was born on February 26th 1942 in Logan, UT to William Woodrow Bullock and Eleanor Scoville where Woodrow was attending school at the Agricultural College of Utah. They then moved to California where Paul spent most of his early life.
Paul graduated from Ganesha High School in Pomona, CA in June 1959. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the France-Belgium mission from March 1961-October 1963.
Paul served in the National Guard of California from July 1964-March 1970. He achieved the rank of Sergeant. He was a communications specialist and acquired a rifle proficiency of sharpshooter. He was awarded an Honorable Discharge from the Army National Guard of California on March 5, 1970.
Paul was married to Linda Tyler in September of 1966 in the Los Angeles California temple. He then married Evah Dianne Steen in August of 1977 in Orem, UT. He worked at Tronac from 1973-1994. He then worked at Micron until he retired in 2016.
Paul was involved in the scouting program throughout his life. He loved the Boy Scout program and received one of the scouting programs highest honors: the Silver Beaver Award. He loved helicopters and airplanes. He enjoyed waterskiing, bowling, and camping. He enjoyed watching golf, tennis, Hallmark, and Disney movies.
He is survived by: his spouse Evah; children: Jason of Ogden, UT, Stephanie (Brian) of St George, UT, Natalie (Brad) of Payson, UT, and Lindsay (James) of Delano, MN; eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild; siblings: Carl, Diane, Marcia, Elouise, LuJean, and Blair.
He was preceded in death by: parents William and Eleanor; siblings: Dean, Marilyn; grandson Dylan.
The family would like to thank Zion’s Way Hospice for their selfless and loving care of Paul in his final days. They would also like to thank both Dr. Cordell Bott and Dr. Brandt Esplin for their years of medical care.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 27th at 11:00 at 1801 West 700 South in Lehi, UT. A viewing will be held Friday, May 26th from 6:00-8:00, and on Saturday May 27th from 9:00-10:15 at 1801 West 700 South in Lehi, UT. Internment will be held at Ogden Cemetery.
