Reynold “Bud” Louis Reim Jr.

Our loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Bud Reim of American Fork, Utah, returned home to his Heavenly Father on November 2nd, 2023.

Reynold L. Reim Jr. was born January 13, 1940, in San Francisco California to Reynold L. Reim Sr. and Barbara Mulkay Reim. Siblings Irene, John and Louann. He was baptized 1948 Kyoto Japan into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Through the years he served in many ward, stake and regional callings. He loved square dancing with his wife Dixie. His hobbies were fishing, golfing and making custom golf clubs.

Bud was sealed to Dixie February 2, 1979, in the Oakland California Temple. In 1980 they moved to Utah.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Dixie, daughter, Kim Cunningham (Fred) of Arizona; daughter, Kathie Jones (Dave) of Elk Grove California; son, Bob Reim (Nicole) of Orland California; son, Steve Barkell (Pam) of St. George Utah; daughter, Vicki Dunford (Randy) Lehi Utah; son, Mike Barkell (Patty) of Sacramento California; 23 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren. He will be truly missed.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 15th, at 11:00 am, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, American Fork 14th Ward, 1100 East 400 North, American Fork, Utah, where a visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Interment with Military Honors in Logan City Cemetery.
