She was born to Thomas Benjamin Felt and Mary Afton White, alongside twin brothers Roger and Rodney, and sister Afton (Sis). Her early years were spent in Dividend, Utah, and she graduated from Springville High School.

In her first marriage to Glen Bradford, Virginia had five children – LeeAnn (Kevin) Scott, Lori (Paul) Barber, Mary Bradford, Melissa (Don) Morrison, and Tom Bradford. Despite the marriage ending in divorce, the children later blessed her with 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Virginia’s second marriage to Grant Moore brought 31 years of joy, combining families to include Grant’s own children: Sharon (Rick) Murano, Richard (Lani) Moore, Janean (Steve) Jackson. The combined families included 8 children, 23 grandchildren, and more than 17 great-grandchildren.

A nursing graduate from BYU with a CCRN certification, Virginia dedicated over 35 years to the profession. An intimate graveside service took place on November 18, 2023.
