Provo — Dale Taylor a loving husband, father, and grandfather left this world to meet his Lord and Savior on September 6, 2023. He passed peacefully with his family by his side. We will forever remember his love and his humor. Survived by his wife Diana Creviston Taylor, son Mathew Taylor (Brianne Layne-Taylor) daughter Kimberly Taylor, and grandchildren, Riley Taylor, Raegan Taylor, and Declan Layne-Taylor. A celebration of life will be held for his family and friends on September 16, at 3:00 PM. The celebration of this incredible man will be at CenterPoint Church, 1550 Sandhill Rd. Orem, Utah 84058.
