Nancy’s life was marked by her immense love and generosity, traits that left a lasting impact on her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, always ensuring that her family felt her warmth and care. Her siblings, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins, also held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Weldon and Jean Perkes, and her husbands, Richard Thomas Small II, Ronald Max Peart, Larry Helvie, and Robert Nilson, who were significant figures in her journey through life.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor on December 27th from 11 am to 3 pm at 2302 South Shorewood Drive in Saratoga Springs, where family and friends will gather to share memories and commemorate her beautiful life.

Nancy’s legacy of love and kindness will forever resonate with those she touched.
