Patricia Hoffmann

Patricia Hoffmann was born on March 3, 1940 in Twin Falls, Idaho and passed away peacefully on February 2, 2024 in Orem, Utah surrounded by love and family. Pat made all those around her feel special and loved- and she often took “teaching moments” to share her love of the Savior. Pat’s life was characterized by service, love for her family, and devotion to her faith. Pat and Bert raised a beautiful family built on service, selflessness, and the power of scriptures. Her hands were always busy with her favorite hobbies which included crocheting, sewing, and coloring. She found joy in teaching, serving in the temple, and most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Pat’s heart was full of love and kindness, which she generously shared with those around her. Pat is survived by her beloved children Bert (Rena) Hoffmann, David (Melanie) Hoffmann, Michael Hoffmann, and Becky Oakley; 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; brother Larry (Pam) Nau, and sister Carol Coles. She was preceded in death by parents, Vance Nau and Mary Callahan; spouse Albert Hoffmann; and grandson Brady.

A celebration of her life will begin with a viewing held Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 North University Avenue, Provo). The funeral services will take place on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (545 South 800 East Orem, UT 84097) followed by the burial at Provo Cemetery. Patricia Hoffmann’s beautiful and full life touched many hearts.
