Judi married J Delbert Bell in the Los Angeles Temple on December 27, 1958. Four children joined the family: David Terry Bell, James Floyd Bell, John Delbert Bell, and Debra Ellen Bell. Seven grandchildren were added to the family. Judi developed many talents and skills but her grandchildren topped the list of joys in her life.

Judi served two terms on the Orem, Utah City Council where she learned city government thoroughly-even riding fire trucks, police cars, etc. Her policy was to be totally honest in everything she did.

Judi developed skills in handcraft work and always had some “Project” going. Even in her later years she made gifts for anyone and everyone to whom she thought she could bring a little happiness.
