William Douglas Stout passed away peacefully at his home in Orem, Utah on July 12, 2024, at age 91, after bravely enduring the challenges of dementia. Doug was born in Edinburgh, Scotland to Bill and Dolly Stout. Doug is survived by his wife, Jannette and their children. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Russon Mortuary.
