Stephany June Sharp

Stephany June Sharp passed away at the age of 75 on 5-10-24. She was the daughter of Ross and Beverly Strode. She was born in San Antonio, Texas. Stephany was very intelligent and graduated from BYU with a master’s degree and attended George Washington University. She enjoyed photography, art and poetry. She worked as a writer one year for a news agency. Stephany married Dennis Sharp in 1971. She and Dennis lived in Virginia but did not have any children and eventually divorced. Many years later she moved to Utah. Stephany is survived by her 2 brothers Michael and Richard and their families. She suffered from mental illness that caused many trials for her and her family. She will always be remembered for her interesting telephone conversations. Her family would like to thank the members of the SF 23rd Branch and the staff of Spanish Fork Rehab and Nursing, who provided so much service and support; and especially to Suzanne for the friendship she gave her over the years. We know there were countless others that have served her, and we are grateful for your love and understanding.
