She was born September 30, 1952 in American Fork, UT to the late Glen and Joy Fox Makin. JoLee was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and retired from the Medical Profession where she worked as a medical coder. She loved to ride her ATV in the mountains and deserts of Utah, and the beach in Oregon. JoLee was an avid rock hound and enjoyed walking the beach looking for agates. She also loved crafting, coloring, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Scott Makin.

Those left to cherish her memory are; her daughter: Tina Marie Miller and husband Kenneth Miller, Jr. of Claremont; sister-in-law: Suzie Makin of Lehi, UT; granddogs: Ellie Mae, Zuri Rae, Ernie Jay; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to celebrate JoLee’s life will be held at a later date.
