Connie Ault Oxborrow

Sep 13, 2024

Connie Ault Oxborrow, 77, passed away Friday September 6th, 2024, after a long and courageous struggle with her health. Born August 25th, 1947, to Elwin and Hazel Ault of Cedar Fort, Utah, Connie was the oldest of 5 children. She loved her hometown of Cedar Fort, and always described it as the BEST place to grow up. She attended elementary in the two-room schoolhouse until 6th grade, at which point the upper grades were bussed to Lehi, and she graduated from Lehi High School in 1965.

Connie married Dennis “Skip” Oxborrow on January 14th, 1966. Together they raised 4 children and enjoyed being lifelong residents of Lehi. Family was always Connie’s top priority, but through the years she also held many jobs that were important to her and where she made lifelong friends, including the Maverick on Main Street, school lunch, Lowest Priced Movers, and American Fork Hospital, where she retired in 2016.

She is survived by her 4 children and their spouses, Corbet (Amy), Kyle (Amy), Marci (Brandon) Bliss, and Clayton (Kelsey); 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters Debbie Kirkham, Larena Beal, Elwyna Beal, and brother Clarence Ault.

Preceded in death by her parents, Elwin and Hazel, and her husband Skip.

The Family would like to thank the wonderful people at Aspen Ridge Residences and Enhabit Home Health for the amazing care they provided our mom these past few months.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 16, 2024, in the Lehi 12th Ward Chapel, 1149 N. 300 W. Lehi, Utah. Family and friends may call Sunday, September 15th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the same church, and on Monday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am prior to the service. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.
