Joyce is survived by her loving husband, James Parker; five children: Daniel (Alexandra) Parker, Christine Parker, Suzanne Parker, James (Sheby) Parker, and Joy (Daniel) Carlisle; nine grandchildren: Olivia, Brittany, Aaron, Kate, Jay, Bradley, Kailey, Victoria, and Brooke; two great-grandchildren: Evren and Eren; her sister, Chris Aplin; and her sister-in-law Karen (David) Buchanan.

Funeral services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 350 East 2950 North Provo, UT at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 26 . Preceding the funeral, there will be a family viewing at 10 a.m. in the Relief Society room.
