Born on April 13, 1932, in Limdhi, India.Vinod valued education deeply and pursued his studies in accounting at the University of Southern California. He went on to build a long and distinguished career, founding and operating his own accounting firm and working until the day he passed. His work ethic, integrity, and commitment to his clients were a defining part of his life.

Vinod enjoyed travel, good conversation, Indian food, tea, and wine. He was known for his sharp mind, polished style, and quiet devotion to those he loved.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Kiran Kamdar; his daughters, Maureen and Valarie; and his granddaughters, Danielle, Jordan, and Hailey. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Andrew, who held a quiet and enduring place in his heart.
