Stan Dubois 1942-2025

On July 3rd, 2025, Stanley Kyle Dubois, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away after a swift battle with cancer. He died peacefully, surrounded by his family.

Stan was born on June 9, 1942, in Cedar City, Utah to Keith and Fae Dubois. He was the 2nd of 8 children. He spent his formative years in Fairfield and Lehi, Utah. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his siblings.

Stan graduated from Lehi High School where he ran track, played football, and wrestled. He had many friends, and one of his greatest memories was running the one mile relay with three of his brothers.

Stan graduated from Utah State University and earned a degree in Big Game Management. He worked for the U.S. Forest Service, BLM, and at Tooele Army Depot. After working for the federal government for 30 years, and serving for thirteen years in the Utah National Guard, he retired.

Stan married the love of his life, Tamera Healey Dubois, in the Salt Lake LDS temple. They resided in Alpine and Highland for most of their married years. They had four children. Stan’s family was the most important thing to him, and he dedicated his life to caring for them.

Stan enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he loved watching sports. He cheered for his teams: Aggies, BYU, and the Jazz.

Stan is survived by his wife Tamera Healey Dubois and his four children: RaKell Adams (Merrill), Kyle Dubois, Matthew Dubois, and Mark Dubois. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren: Laura Adams, Hannah Klass (Nathan), Kylie Dubois, Katie Dubois, Christopher Dubois, Casey Dubois, Courtney Dubois and Tanner Adams. He has one great grandson arriving soon. Stan is also survived by his five siblings: Wendy Wilson, Lynn Dubois, Terry Dubois, Mike Dubois, and Danny Dubois.

He is preceded in death by his parents Keith and Fae Dubois and his two brothers, Kenneth Dubois and Loel Dubois.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 11 at 11:00 AM at 6050 W Chapel Drive, Highland, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to the funeral from 9:45-10:45 AM at the same location.

Viewing services will also be held the night prior, July 10th, at 6:00-8:00 PM, at Anderson and Sons Mortuary, at 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Utah.
