American Fork — Charles Henry Fratcher Jr. passed away on May 17, 2025 in American Fork Utah. He was born on October 3, 1941 in Kansas City Missouri to Charles Henry Fratcher Sr. and Marian Isabelle Steele. He married Sharon Lynne McCaughey on September 23, 1964.
He received a BA in Economics from Princeton University in 1965 and an MBA at University of Kansas in 1967.
He loved to be with his family, read, travel, and watching Jeopardy and sports. His favorite food was ice cream and was the last thing he ate. He was a history fanatic and loved politics.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and his favorite calling was as a High Priest Group Instructor.
Charles is survived by 6 children, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Sharon, his son David and two grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Services will be held on July 5th at 3 pm at 546 N. 500 W. Orem UT. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite animal shelter. Thanks.
