Greg was born August 9, 1954 to Waldo Keith Young and Carol Janine Snell in Los Angles California.

Greg grew up in Provo, Utah, attended school there and graduated from Provo High School. Greg was educated at the American College. He was a financial advisor and his business was Young Insurance Agency. He later went on to work for RC Wiley’s until he retired.

Greg Married Margery Denise Tingley on May 19, 1979 in Orem Utah.

They had two children, Jason Gregory Young and Brandon John Young.

His wife Denise passed away in 1986, leaving 4-year-old Jason and 6-month-old Brandon behind.

Greg went on to raise both of the boys.

Greg is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Greg is survived by sons; Jason Young, Brandon (Katelyn) Young.

Two granddaughters; Autum and Peyton and two grandsons; Mason and Cash.

Greg chose to donate his body to the U of U medical science for continuing education.

There will not be a funeral but the family and friends will have a celebration of life later this summer.
