Kenneth Mardell Shepherd, 92, passed peacefully at home in Payson on March 27, 2025. Born to John Ivan and Aline Stark Shepherd on January 16, 1933. Married and spent 72 wonderful years with Carolyn Eckersley, and is father to nine beloved children. A Family Service and burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery.
