Born to Steve Phillips and Vickie Fox Phillips, Windy will be remembered for her incredibly generous heart, her laughter, and the kindness she so freely gave to others. Above all, she loved her children fiercely and would do anything for those she loved.

Windy leaves behind her four amazing children, Makiah (Ruth), Charlie, Tylah, and Lucie, and her siblings, Jeff, Terry, Sean, Tracy, Rachel, and Richard (Corrina) Phillips, along with many family members and friends whose lives were touched by her.

Though our hearts ache to lose her, we find comfort in imagining Windy welcomed into the loving arms of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and reunited with her sister Kristie, brother Michael, and grandparents.

Windy, you were deeply loved. May your kindness live on through us, your laughter remain in our memories, and your love forever surround your children.

Funeral services will be held on October 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Chapel is located at 800 North 100 West in Provo, Utah.
