Cedar Hills man convicted of sexual abuse of a minor
A Cedar Hills man has been convicted by a federal jury for recording himself sexually abusing a minor, the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Utah announced in a media release on Wednesday. Brent Richard Johnson, 51, was convicted Wednesday after the jury returned a guilty verdict on the case. According to court documents obtained by the Daily Herald, in January 2024, a girl reported to police that a hidden camera inside of a bathroom at a home in Cedar Hills was recording her.
