The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announces meeting schedule adjustment
The three-hour meeting block isn’t returning in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but there is somewhat of a return to the way things used to be when that was the case. In an announcement released Monday, the church said that members will meet for both Sunday School and quorum or class meetings each week beginning Sept. 6. According to the new format, sacrament meeting will be 60 minutes, while Sunday School and quorum or class meetings will be 25 minutes each.
