Man arrested after allegedly firing round in Provo road rage incident
A man was arrested last week after allegedly engaging in a road rage incident and firing a round at a vehicle while a victim fled the location. Hamilton Molina Tabanico, 30, of Orem, was arrested by Provo police on suspicion of attempted murder, a second-degree felony; aggravated assault, a third-degree felony; and being a restricted person participating in dangerous weapon conduct, a second-degree felony.
