Easter Cantata ‘Light of the World’ to be performed in Ephraim on April 19-20

The Heart of Deseret Choir, under the direction of Curated Theatre Arts, will present a moving Easter cantata titled Light of the World on April 19 and 20, 2025, at the YSA East Chapel, located at 83 N. 100 East in Ephraim.

The Heart of Deseret Choir, under the direction of Curated Theatre Arts, will present a moving Easter cantata titled “Light of the World” on April 19 and 20 at the YSA East Chapel, located at 83 N. 100 East in Ephraim.

This special performance is a musical testimony of Jesus Christ and features music by renowned composer Walter Rane. The evening program begins at 6:30 p.m. with a performance by the Children’s Choir, followed by the Cantata Choir at 7 p.m.

Admission is free, and while no ticket is required, attendees are encouraged to reserve their seats in advance by visiting JaneenBrady.com.

The Easter Cantata is part of the Heart of Deseret Choir’s mission to share messages of hope and faith through powerful musical storytelling. Organized through Curated Theatre Arts — part of Discovering Potential Through Arts Creativity, or DPAC, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization — this event brings together community members of all ages in a heartfelt celebration of the Easter season.

With uplifting melodies and a message centered on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, “Light of the World” promises to be a memorable and inspiring evening for individuals and families alike.
