While out touring outdoor Christmas decorations, local resident John said he stumbled upon a sight he had never seen before in his 77 years — a large truck and trailer completely wrapped in bright green Christmas lights, illuminating the area around a home at 240 East 100 South.

The vehicle, parked prominently in the yard, is outlined from bumper to bumper with strands of glowing green lights, giving it an almost neon appearance after dark. The trailer behind it is equally decked out, creating a striking scene that bathes the surrounding ground and nearby buildings in green light.

“I’ve seen a lot of Christmas lights over the years,” John said, “but nothing quite like this. It definitely stopped me in my tracks, and I thought others would enjoy seeing something so different.”

In a season often filled with familiar displays of twinkling rooftops, inflatable figures and lighted trees, the illuminated truck stands out as a bold and unexpected take on holiday decorating. Passersby have been slowing down to take a closer look, and some have even stopped to snap photos.
