MANTI — Young athletes in Manti have an exciting opportunity to hit the mats as the community’s Little League Wrestling program gears up for another season. Open to students from preschool through 12th grade, the program offers a chance for kids of all ages to develop strength, discipline, and sportsmanship through wrestling.

Practice schedule

Wrestlers will practice at the Manti High School Wrestling Room, with sessions divided by age group:

Kindergarten – fifth grade: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.

Sixth – 12th Grade: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7 – 8:15 p.m.

Signups and season details

Parents can sign up their children in person at the Manti High School Wrestling Room on Feb. 18 or Feb. 20. The first practice will take place on the same day as signups. The season will run through April 3.

A mandatory parents meeting will be held on Feb. 20 at 6:45 p.m., providing essential information about the season, expectations, and requirements.

Costs and additional information

The registration fee is $60, which does not include a required USA Wrestling Card. Additionally, a team T-shirt will be available for purchase at $20.
