Snow College Fine Arts presents winter performances

EPHRAIM–Snow College’s Fine Arts Division and Eccles Center for the Performing Arts have announced a lineup of performances to warm up the winter months with music, theater, and laughter. From gospel harmonies to improvisational comedy, the schedule offers something for everyone.

Spotlight Concert: “Take Me to Church”

Jan. 27, 7:30 p.m.

Snow College’s premier commercial music vocal ensemble, Spotlight, will deliver an evening of soul-stirring gospel and contemporary arrangements under the direction of Brian Stucki and Jennifer Madsen. Inspired by artists like Take 6, Kirk Franklin, and Pentatonix, the performance promises passion and harmony to lift spirits. Joining them are Cadence, directed by Dr. Michael Huff, and local high school choirs. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for youth and seniors.

Wind Symphony Concerto Concert

Jan. 28, 7:30 p.m.

The Snow College Wind Symphony, led by Dr. Chris Nelson, will present an evening of concertos featuring stirring arrangements and musical excellence. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for youth and seniors.

Badgers in a Bathtub – Improv Comedy

Select Fridays and Saturdays, 8 p.m.

Snow College’s improv comedy team, formerly L.T.I., returns with spontaneous sketches inspired by audience suggestions. Performances take place in the Black Box Theater, and tickets are just $1 at the door.
