EPHRAIM — A longtime local real estate fixture is evolving to bring even better service to Sanpete County residents. Sanpete Valley Realty, a family-owned business with over 40 years of history, has joined the Century 21 Real Estate network. Now operating as CENTURY 21 Essentials Realty, the firm is led by second-generation real estate professional Tiffany Alder-Bown.
Founded in 1983 by Theresa Alder, the firm transitioned to Tiffany’s leadership in 2013. A Manti native and graduate of Snow College and Southern Utah University, Tiffany joined the family business in 2006 and obtained her broker’s license in 2013. Her focus on personalized service and her commitment to her clients earned her the title of 2024 Best Real Estate Agent and her team the award for Best Real Estate Team from the Daily Herald of Utah Valley.
Joining Century 21 equips Tiffany and her team with cutting-edge technology, marketing tools, and a robust training platform designed to enhance their ability to serve clients. Tiffany plans to use these resources to grow her business, aiming to double her team and expand geographically within the region.
“I grew up immersed in real estate, and I love the day-to-day work,” Tiffany said. “But to grow the business and serve our clients even better, I need to take on a more strategic role. The Century 21 platform gives us the tools to make that possible.”
The firm’s agents, many of whom are Sanpete County natives, bring a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to community values. With Ephraim’s affordability, access to outdoor recreation, and proximity to Manti-La Sal National Forest, the area continues to attract homebuyers looking for a slower-paced lifestyle.
“We aim to build lasting relationships with our clients, well beyond the transaction,” Tiffany said. “Joining Century 21 allows us to expand that mission, offering the same personal service backed by a global brand’s expertise.”
Century 21 Real Estate CEO Mike Miedler praised Tiffany’s leadership: “Tiffany has done an incredible job modernizing her mother’s business while staying true to its roots. We’re excited to support her team with the tools they need to thrive.”
