Brad and Alesa Fullmer named 2025 Fairview Rodeo Grand Marshals

By Staff | Jul 16, 2025

Brad and Alesa Fullmer,

The cowboy spirit runs deep in Fairview, and this year’s 2025 Rodeo Grand Marshals, Brad and Alesa Fullmer, embody everything the celebration stands for: hard work, family values, community pride, and a lifelong love for rodeo.

Longtime residents of Fairview, the Fullmers are no strangers to the western way of life. Their story is one of dedication–to each other, their family, and a lifestyle rooted in grit and tradition.

Brad Fullmer is well-known in the area for his work shoeing horses, a craft he’s honed for over two decades. His reputation for skill and dependability has made him a trusted name among local horse owners. For the past six years, Brad has also worked in the Nevada gold mines, providing for his family with the same determination and toughness that has defined his entire life.

While Brad’s hands have been busy at the forge and on the trail, Alesa Fullmer has been equally devoted–raising their children, keeping the home running, and supporting every rodeo dream along the way. Her love for rodeo began in childhood with 4-H and has only grown stronger over time. Alesa has always been the quintessential rodeo mom–cheering from the sidelines, hauling horses, and offering endless support and encouragement. Now that her children are grown, Alesa has returned to her own roots in the arena, once again competing as a barrel racer.

Family has always been the heartbeat of the Fullmers’ life together. They’ve raised three children–Colton, Kaydence, and Hayden, each of whom followed in their parents’ bootsteps and found their own success in rodeo. Their kids have competed across the country, earning accolades in bull riding and roping events, and representing Fairview at both the High School Rodeo Finals and Little Britches National Finals Rodeo.

This past month marked another special chapter in the Fullmer family story–they legally adopted Mary, their newest daughter, officially welcoming her into the fold. It’s a moment that speaks to the love and strength that define this remarkable family.

Today, the Fullmers are also proud grandparents to two beautiful granddaughters, one of whom is already stepping into the arena and carrying on the family’s rodeo tradition. From dusty arenas to national rodeo stages, the Fullmers have left boot prints all over the rodeo world–and they show no signs of slowing down.

When they’re not competing or working, Brad and Alesa enjoy spending time outdoors–camping, riding horses, and making memories with their growing family. Their shared love for the land and each other continues to guide their days and shape their legacy.

Choosing Brad and Alesa Fullmer as this year’s Rodeo Grand Marshals is a celebration not just of their achievements, but of the enduring values they represent. Their story is one of devotion to tradition, deep community roots, and the unshakable bond of family.

As Fairview gears up for another unforgettable rodeo weekend, the Fullmers will take their well-earned place at the front of the parade–riding tall as proud ambassadors of the cowboy way and everything Lamb Days stands for.

Please join us in congratulating Brad and Alesa Fullmer, the 2025 Fairview Rodeo Grand Marshals–true hometown heroes and lifelong champions of the western spirit.
