Emily Lillie, of Fairview, Utah passed away peacefully on February 9, 2024. Born on June 5, 1938 and married to Ralph Clinton Lillie of Salt Lake City on August 13, 1955. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on February 14, 1972.

During their 43 years of marriage together a most amazing family was created. With the birth of two beautiful daughters (Annette and Claudette), their family evolved into a family of 10 children through a shared and continued love of fostering children.

Emily loved so many aspects of life including the outdoors, camping, canning, traveling, serving her community, and creating memories around the July 24th holiday in Fairview.

Fairview is a place where everyone was invited to a full day of events starting with the town wakeup call on every street by the local fire department trucks, their sirens blaring and roosters welcoming the day. There was always a chair for you to sit in the yard as the parade came through town, followed by a barbeque of homemade favorites, swinging on decade old swing in the biggest tree EVER, followed by the tradition of the Demolition Derby and fireworks.

Services will be held Sunday February 18 (viewing) from 6-8pm at Rasmussen Mortuary 96 N 100 W, Mt. Pleasant Utah and Monday February 19 viewing prior to the service 10:30-11:00am (services) 11:00am at Fairview Rock Church 160 N 100 E, Fairview Utah. Emily will join her beloved husband with Burial services at Fairview cemetery. Online condolences rasmussenmortuary.com
