Congratulations to the top girls soccer players in the Utah Valley area in 2024:
Player of the Year: Kate Fuller, Sr. F, Lone Peak
Fuller improved her stellar stats from a season ago, scoring 20 goals for the Knights while adding 10 assists. The future BYU Cougar did everything for Lone Peak’s dominant team, making her an easy choice to earn her second straight Player of the Year honors.
Offensive MVP: Lillie Watson, So. F, Lehi
Lillie Watson was a force and kicked through 15 goals while adding four assists for the Pioneers this season. Given that Watson is only sophomore, even better stats should be on the horizon for one of the Valley’s top players.
Defensive MVP: Ada Villarreal, Jr. D, Lone Peak
Villarreal was the anchor for Lone Peak’s dominant defense throughout the season much as she’s done throughout her stellar prep career.
Keeper of the Year: Eliza Collings, Sr. GK, Lone Peak
Collings is a 4-year starter for Lone Peak and was the heart of the team, according to her Coach Shantel Jolley. Collings finished off her great prep career providing 12 shutouts and more than several standout saves
Coach of the Year: Todd Hollingshead, Springville
Hollingshead guided his team clear to the state semifinal round after just winning eight games the year prior. He did as much coaching a senior-laden team that truly showed great strides while promising positive results in the future.
