BYU Athletics announces Olympic sports jersey patch with BYU Continuing Education

BYU announced on Monday of its multi-year agreement with BYU Continuing Education sponsorship. July 27, 2026PROVO, Utah — BYU Athletics today announced a multi-year agreement with BYU Continuing Education, making it the official jersey patch sponsor for BYU Athletics’ Olympic sports programs.
As part of the agreement, the BYU Continuing Education logo will debut on the competition uniforms of six BYU Olympic sports beginning with the 2026-27 athletic season. The initial rollout includes baseball, cross country, soccer, softball, track and field, and volleyball. A second phase will expand the partnership to include golf, gymnastics, swimming and diving, and tennis.
“We couldn’t be more excited about this sponsorship,” said Dr. Richard Houseman, dean of BYU Continuing Education. “Students are our primary focus, and this sponsorship allows us to support student-athletes, who compete at the highest levels both academically and in their respective sport.”
BYU Continuing Education offers more than 650 online classes, 1,500 in-person classes and over 150 annual events each year. Its programs serve adults, teens and youth of all ages, supporting personal enrichment, professional development and academic achievement. Established in 1921, BYU Continuing Education has served lifelong learners around the world for more than a century.

BYU Athletics continues to be one of the nation’s most visible athletic programs as BYU competes in the Big 12 Conference with extensive national television exposure provided through TV partners ESPN, FOX and TNT. A regular on national television for more than four decades, BYU accomplished a new level of reach in 2025 with 37.7 million viewers tuning in for live BYU game broadcasts during the season to rank No. 16 nationally and No. 2 among all programs in the West. The Cougars set back-to-back highs for bowl viewership the past two seasons and also set a new single-game viewership record in the modern era with 8.99 million viewers watching the Big 12 Championship game on ABC.
In addition to the jersey patch, BYU Continuing Education will continue to be featured through in-venue branding, broadcast media, fan engagement initiatives and other experiences designed to connect Cougar fans with educational opportunities.
