In accordance with Mt. Pleasant City Ordinance Number 2011-02 and in compliance with Section 10-8-2(4) of the Utah State Code, a public hearing is scheduled to take place at Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah on Friday, July 21, 2015, at 7:30 p.m.

This public hearing focuses on the conveyance of real property located in Mt. Pleasant City, Utah. The property description is as follows:

Beginning at a point South 8858’12” West 2087.58 feet along the 16 line, to the East line of the parcel recorded in Book 466 Page 2056, and North 0101’48” West 120.48 feet along said East line, from the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10; Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence continuing along said East line North 0101’48” West 213.53 feet to the Southerly Right of Way line of Highway 89; thence North 5847’58” East 238.19 feet along said Right of Way line; thence South 0101’48” East 333.24 feet; thence South 8858’12” West 205.92 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.29 acres.

The area is west of Rodeo Arena grounds next to Highway 89. Said property would be used for developing a retail shopping center.
